Hey friend, I’m so glad you’re here!!

I’ve been chasing light with a camera since I was fifteen, drawn to the way it makes even the simplest things feel sacred. Somewhere along the way, my work found its way into The New York Times and several local magazines, but that’s never been the heartbeat for me. What fills me up are the ordinary holy moments: sticky fingers reaching for mama, the way sunlight spills across your kitchen table, the sound of your baby’s giggle, the tears you didn’t expect. The real, raw, fleeting beauty of life right now as it is.

After my third baby was born, God began tugging on my heart in a new way. He called me deeper into birth work, into standing as Mother to the Mother, into holding sacred space where heaven brushes earth. That call has become a steady fire in me: to walk with women in their births, to pray over their stories, and to help shift the birth atmosphere in Connecticut toward Christ-centered, Spirit-led care.

I’m walking out this calling through my doula certification with Hearth Mother Journey, a faith-rooted program that beautifully mirrors my heart for gentle, Spirit-filled, sacred birth support. I’ll be fully certified in April 2026, and I’m already so thankful for how this season is shaping me to serve with even more tenderness, presence, and trust in the Lord’s design.

My business carries Artistry in its name because I believe life itself is art. And I want to leave space for all the ways God might weave creativity through me-photography, doula care, herbs, sourdough, an apothecary, homestead life. All of it sacred, all of it storytelling.

I’m a Jesus follower, even on the hard days. A wife to my steady, good-hearted Hunny. A mama to three earth-side babes and four heaven-side ones. Most days you’ll find me barefoot in the garden with my kids and our chickens, a camera in one hand and coffee in the other, marveling at how good God is.

I come to this work with open hands and an open heart. To serve, to witness, to create, to remember. Because these days are messy, miraculous, fleeting and are worth keeping forever.
